In June 2026, customers in Guelph and Rockwood were transitioned from the former Guelph Hydro billing system to Alectra Utilities and issued a new, 10-digit account number. This was the final integration of Guelph Hydro operational systems with Alectra.
In addition, Guelph water customers will begin receiving their water, wastewater and stormwater bills directly from the City of Guelph. For more information, please visit Important Notice to Municipal Water Customers.
The Guelph Hydro website has been retired. Guelph and Rockwood customers should add AlectraUtilities.com to their web browser bookmarks.
